Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, our return and exchange policy is here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • About returns, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased items, you can submit a return request within 15 days from the date you received the (last) package. Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date you received the return instructions.

  • About exchanges, we don't offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

2. How to request a return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@dripoficial.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the items.

3. Return and Exchange Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to our error (incorrect item sent /defect items/ incorrect size guide), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as choosing the wrong size or simply changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Method

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will offer store credit.
  • Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable. 

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a free return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund. Photos of the defect may be required.
