Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, our return and exchange policy is here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • For sizing issues: If the item’s size is incorrect (does not match the size table), you can contact us with proof, and we will issue a full refund. Otherwise, we will not accept return requests due to sizing issues, as each item is provided with a size table. Therefore, please make sure to carefully review the size table, as every item has its own. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • For color issues: Due to the influence of lighting and other factors, there may be slight color variations between the images and the actual product. We recommend focusing on the product images or our real-life photos for the most accurate representation, as the model images may show a greater color difference. If the color difference is significant, we will issue a full refund. 

2. How to request a return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@dripoficial.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the items.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Product availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative options.
  • How to exchange: To exchange an item, follow the same process as returns. You can specify the size or color you'd like to receive instead.

4. Return and Exchange Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to our error (incorrect item sent /defect items/ incorrect size guide), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as choosing the wrong size or simply changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Method

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will offer store credit.
  • Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable. 

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a free return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund. Photos of the defect may be required.
