Shipping Policy

As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work to ensure you can receive your order as soon as possible. 

1. Processing Time

Once we receive your order, we will promptly verify, customize, quality-check, and package it for shipping. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for special customization within 24 hours. Our manufacturing and logistics partners will work efficiently to process your order, which may take an additional 1 to 5 working days.  

    2. Shipping Time

    The estimated shipping time is 7-20 working days (this refers to the time for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination after the processing time). Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping time does not account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

    3. Shipping Cost

    Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $69, a shipping fee of $3.99 to $9.99 may apply, depending on your country and order amount. For specific details, please refer to the shipping options at checkout.

    4. Address Change Request

    You can only change your address before the order is fulfilled. Please email us at service@dripoficial.com with your order number (e.g., #DRIP4017) and your new address. Once the order is fulfilled, we cannot change the address as the package will already be in transit.

    5. Order Fulfillment Notice

    Please be aware that if you ordered multiple products, they may be shipped separately due to our use of multiple warehouses. Additionally, delays may occur during holiday seasons or for other unforeseen reasons related to the logistics company.

    6. Delivery

    We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and only when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. 

    If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at  service@dripoficial.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible. We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, customer might need to pick it up from the local post office. Please note that we can not issue a refund if customers refuse to collect package from your local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. Packages won’t be returned back to our warehouse since we ship from overseas.
